Delays in Delivery 

When the status indicates OUT FOR DELIVERY, the product should reach you very soon. If you do not receive the delivery within 24 hours, please contact the courier or Get in touch with us and we will take up the matter with the delivery partner and ensure fast release.

Delays are rare and could happen due to specific reasons like an incorrect shipping address or distant location. The courier service may face problems, or bad weather could be the cause and off course COVID-19 has impacted the shipping time including the clearance and further handling of each shipment nowadays.

You’re requested to fill all active / working information such as recipients’ email address, phone number, an alternative email and phone number and a note* about the shipping location whether it is a commercial or residential property and your working hours would also help in attempting the delivery at your convenience.

Returns & Refunds

For Retail order, we accept returns within 30 days of goods receipt.

For Wholesale order, we accept returns within 7 days of goods receipt.

Whether it's retail or wholesale order and in case you’re not happy with the goods, it's better to inform us immediately after receipt of goods. We’ll be processing your refund right after a careful check of the returned shipment.

You’re requested to arrange the repacking of goods in same boxes without using any items from the returning goods. We can dismiss the return for refund if we find returned goods damaged or some missing parts within.
