Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date of receiving the product to request a return. In specific cases, this period may vary.

To initiate a return, send an email to customercare@shoptrend.com with the subject line "Return Request-Product." Include your order number, order date, full name, contact details, proof of purchase, and a clear description of the reason for the return.
Return Your Order:
After your return request is approved, you must ship the product back to us within 30 days of confirmation.
Documentation and Conditions:
The returned product must be in its original packaging, condition, with all accessories, tags, labels, etc., intact.
Return Verification and Remedy:
We'll assess the returned product. If it's defective, faulty, or wrong, we'll offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Shipping Charges:
You're responsible for return shipping costs. We'll reimburse reasonable shipping costs if the product has a problem, and we suggest a standard (cheapest) with tracked delivery for all returns. We won't be able to refund any additional cost if you try to use any premium and fastest shipping service.
Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns for misused, used, stolen, damaged by natural events, or custom-made products. Some hygiene items are also non-returnable.
